STRICT POLICY - 

Strictly no under 18's allowed within the clinic - you will be asked to show Identification upon your consultation therefore please bring this with you, treatment cannot go ahead without verification. 

Please arrive for your treatment appointment alone, we unfortunately do not have a waiting area inside the clinic to accommodate friends or family. I'm afraid they will be turned away. However, we do have ample on-site private parking where visitors can remain in vehicles.

If you arrive early we kindly ask that you remain in your vehicle until we greet you.

CANCELLATION FEES AND LATE ARRIVALS - 

For Botulinum Toxin treatments, (Anti-wrinkle / Anti-sweat injections) and B12 treatments, we require a booking fee to secure your appointment slot, this will be deducted from your treatment cost on your appointment date, this fee is non-refundable but you may re-schedule your appointment up to 48 hours before your appointment is due. 

If you do not request to change the date of the appointment prior to 48 hours before the treatment, you will lose your booking fee and you will have to rebook your appointment with a further booking fee - Please contact us regarding this and we will always do our best to help.

If you are running late, please contact us to let us know. 

For clients who are over 15 minutes late to their appointment time, we may have to rearrange the appointment and you may loose your booking fee. This is because we cannot continue with the treatment without the allocated time slot. However, we will try our best to accommodate you,

ANTI WRINKLE TREATMENTS OR PRESCRIBED PRODUCTS- 

You will be required to meet with our nurse prescriber at no cost prior to having your treatment. For anti-wrinkle treatments, you will also be required to have a 'review' appointment at our clinic which has to be booked within 14-21 days after your treatment. We will remind you of this at time of booking, but should you not be able to accommodate this, and miss your 'review' appointment, we cannot then book this in after the 21 days have passed and results may vary.
